      @@YogGuruMohan भाई सिद्धासन में हमारा शरीर आगे की ओर ही झुका रहता है क्योंकि मैं जिस पैर को ऊपर रखता हूँ तो उसका घुटना जमीन से लगता(touch) नहीं है, और अगर उसके जमीन से लगाने की कोशिश करूँ तो शरीर सीधा नहीं होता, वो आगे की ओर झुका रहता है।

      Bhai pehle legs ki flexibility me dhyaan dena hoga, wo acche se karr paaye kyuki unke legs kaafi flexible hai, agar legs flexibile honge to aaram se ho jayega.

    Guruji Namaskar! , Main jab siddhasan me baith kr dhyan karta hu to, suruat me mera right wala pair sunn pad jata hai, Mujhe darr lagta hai ki kahi mera pair hamesha ke liye paralyse to nhi ho jayega na jyada der siddhasan me baithane se, fir mai dhyan karna band kar deta hu, Guruji kripya margdarshan kijiye main daru ya fir nishchint hokar dhyan karu.

      Haan aisa dono leg equally flexible na hone ke kaaran ho raha hai, check karo ki kya dono leg equally flexible hai, or ye aasan kaafi aasaani se ho jayega agar flexibility kaafi acchi hogi to.
