How do the writers expect us to believe that he didn't love the agent. He treated the "contract" wife like sh*t, insulted her etc.... then when wife left, he suddenly got an epiphany? that he loved wife? Just for the "supposedly" happy ending, scumbag ML always turns into a "good" guy in the last 5 mins of the drama. Bich is forgiven and everyone lives unhappily ever after.

Why would the contract wife stay and watch him be so loving to the agent. I wouldn't I would leave and that would be the end of it. I would never want to be second fiddle to anyone. How these wives can forgive their husbands is beyond me. If they did it once they will do it again. I don't believe that this story line is not being honest on what really would happen. I guess they want us to think that it would be ok for a man to cheat and his wife would go back to him and forgive him. A woman would hopefully have a high self esteem and realize that she is better off without him.
Exactly. I'd refuse to play the 'Pick Me Dance'. he chooses to spend all his time with another woman? Fine, she can have him. Pack up, move out, move on. But then I'm the adult daughter of a serial cheating father - he made my mum's life hell and she stuck with him because he got her away from her abusive family when they married. I also had an abusive ex - it made me realise we don't need to 'endure' or owe loyalty/love to abusive people. We CAN leave. BUT I would drop off the map so he couldn't follow me. I'd do everything through a lawyer.
He's sweet, kind, gentle, thoughtful, protective, doting with the side chick and treats his wife, contract or otherwise, like dog poo on his shoe and then has the audacity to tell her through a closed door that he's "a broad-minded person" and he'll "forgive her and give her an out". As if his wife needs his permission to leave him. Good riddance. The man has two faces, two personalities: the nice guy for the side piece who only sees him pretending and playacting at being a good guy and the slimy guy for the wife who has to live with him, grocery shop/cook/eat with/for him, clean their house, do their laundry, put up with his parents', abide by a restrictive 'contract' - no wonder he thinks the side chick is more of a free spirit: he's clipped the wings of his wife with the stupid contract that he holds her to while he does whatever the heck he pleases, then has the guts to tell her he'll forgive her - forgive her for defending and fighting for her legal husband, their home, their relationship and their futures? Class A jerk. I hope she stays gone but these dramas always portray a weak willed woman who is never true to herself or her word, has no self respect or self esteem other than in the mere moment she actually leaves and the scorned wife always takes the jerk back and all is forgiven. Gag. Are there no longer any writers for these dramas who have an authentic original thought for a script? The actors change but the 'drama' is always just one more cookie cutter copy of all those before.

He is his so called “ agent” , is his lover. Look at the way he treats her like a princess in the hospital while his wife is looking and order her around while limping. He did not show concern to her at all. All of the sudden when she left him hi is in love with her. The writer must be a joke!!!

He should have the agent the scumbag husband end up together. This story end up with a poor taste.
Why stand there and watch? Just leave. Midsummer is full of something alright, but it doesn't smell like love.

What a jerk, he treats his contract wife like a dirt and his agent like his wife. He knows he tried to put a wedge on their relationship. I just hope his wife will divorce him for good. I like her childhood friend, the doctor. He treats her better.

I’ve seen a few clips of this drama and get so angry at this jerk and his “agent” I can’t watch it. 😡😡😡. I could not bear to live with someone who makes me feel bad about myself like he does. leave him, forget the house, block his number and be good to yourself.

The only drama where I give him 10/10 is City of Streamers. That drama is so good and the sizzling chemistry between him and FL was literally flying off the screen. The story, acting, direction, music.....just everything is good with City of Streamers.

If her horrible supposed best friend hadn't sold her family home to this guy without her knowledge, they would have never met in the first place.....that's the biggest gripe I have about this show...that friend should be in jail.....but they continue on as friends as if nothing happened....
