I have no idea what happened with ER, I’m not in social media except when I watch UA-cam and I only follow a few UA-camrs that talk about makeup. That being said I don’t want to know. I’m not buying makeup this year either way. Plus, I’m against to even interact with any drama that comes to social media. People tend to exaggerate and come out with this ridiculous theory I’m not for it. Life is hard and short to make it more difficult with nonsense. I work too much to pay attention to social media! 100%! I never want to be a channel that gets lost in drama. I have enough going on in my life to not get sucked into drama. With ER, I'm glad that I was able to see what was going on and make a decision for myself, but my channel will not focus on drama. I have unfollowed so many channels who have turned to drama for views. And you just listed the things I do want to talk about, makeup, the numbers, and the dogs! 😂

I feel the exact same way about ER. I did that with Hourglass and saw in the WOC community that they were enjoying Hourglass again and showed it was a more inclusive brand. I hope ER changes and opens their minds and hearts and seeks change and growth. ❤

I have to say your blush collection made me 😊😊😊 happy it is perfect. 💚💚 My opinion on ensley reign is, it was a bad choice to use your business page to like confrontational subjects and hate. Everyone can learn and grow as a person and as a business. I can have a difference of opinion and respect you, i however can NOT consciously buy from a brand that supports anything related to hate of people whom are different wether that be race, religion, gender, who you love. If they can move forward and show they made a mistake and have grown i may consider at that point. I however already own and purchased several palettes and i will continue using my hard earned money. I have been working on my inventory and I've got for next year.. a few months of therapy has my mind set in a great place.

I loved the cameo from Washburn and I’m so happy you will be picking up Malcom’s cremains and bringing him home. I am not on top of the ER saga, but agree with your points 100%. The fact that you have some of their palettes is something you can’t do anything about now and it doesn’t send a message if you stop using what you have, you can only send a message by not continuing to buy from them…and, to your point, even that isn’t a guarantee to be a strong message. Some people are so fixed on their points of view that they’re not interested in changing. It’s like you said about both sides being willing to come to the table with something to work on. If one side doesn’t believe they have a hand in changing the status quo, the other side will just be banging their head against a wall (I feel like I’ve had this conversation in a different context so I hope I’m making sense!😅). I've chatted with some other people in the community and we all don't like cancel culture, and I said because I think it doesn't help with accountability of change. if someone is canceled, then they might think "well I can continue to believe/behave the way I have because I'm already canceled." A very thoughtful comment came in even encouraging me not to feature the palettes in any upcoming videos like NPLB or my palette ranking and I really took their thoughts and feelings to heart. Even mentioning ER in future videos until we see change, is supporting them. So I'm taking the whole step back from the brand. On a softer note, I am so happy to have Mal back home. I feel...still sad, but more relaxed with him home. ❤️
I 100% agree with everything you said about ER. What they did is not acceptable but I’m also not the type of person to completely cancel a brand. I do have 2 of their palettes that I depotted into an empty magnetic palette since their shadows are magnetic. I will not be buying from the brand until they can truly show us that they have changed everything that has been going on with them.
I love tracking inventory, especially since I’ve done it now since 2018 and can compare. In most areas I’ve majorly decreased in numbers due to focused buying and using stuff up. But in perfume…. So much more. Haha! Loved your format!

So I'm really into watching documentaries on the History Channel, and it has always stuck with me that our perception of "right and wrong" depends on which side of the "battle field" we sit on. Of course, many times those perceptions can be changed with education, hearing from those affected, challenging belief systems and so on, but you are right, everyone has their own spectrum of right and wrong. What happened falls on the side of wrong, so we step back, don't support, but leave space for them to hopefully show growth and change. And you are correct, only time will tell. I am happy with my pans this year and am SO happy with my purchases up until Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving through Christmas was a doozy. 🤦🏻♀️ Also, I am happy that I have been able to declutter things that I received in boxes that I didn't choose for myself and had been hanging on to for whatever reason. I am so surprised that there is not much on my wish list. I did a wish list video in 2023, but not in 2024 because my wish list had not changed. I mainly keep things I repurchase on my wish lists on Sephora and Ulta so I can see when things go on sale. Husband does good most of the time (when he isn't annoying the snot out of me 😂 ) but he did very well with thinking about me and those polishes.
I think getting 12 palettes in a year maybe buying one a month seems pretty reasonable to me! Wow you gave us so much info in purchases declutters & difference of start and finish way to put in the work!! Loved seeing your numbers they’re looking good! 🤗

I don't think I've formally done one. I use the liquid putty only on the sides of my nose and on my chin but over the jelly pop. I think I need to use it by itself. I don't see it doing a whole lot but I know people love it.
I used your spreadsheet and set up my panning journal similar to yours. I’m ready for my first year of real tracking to create a baseline. Plus tracking is fun (yes, I’m fun at parties 😂). Our collections are a similar size with different numbers in the categories. That being said, we both very much love eyeshadow and blush!

I have. I panned one back in 2023. I didn’t like it as much and you get less product for the same price. I haven’t used them side by side in years though. I remember it being too sticky and making my makeup bunch together.
Your husband did wonderfully with the mooncat set! I’ve wanted to try that brand. I would be interested to know how it wears compared to Halo Taco and ILNP.

I love the nail polishes. I don’t really know the details about the drama with Ensley Reign. I just bought there palettes over Black Friday. I already said I wouldn’t buy again because they’re expensive and in the 2 palettes I bought I have every color I need from them.
The brand's instagram interacted with some anti-trans/LGBTQ+ posts and accounts. Jen Luv did a video over the weekend showing screen shots of the posts if you are interested.
I took all my photos and did my numbers yesterday… lemme tell you I didn’t enjoy some of those numbers at all 😅 2025 hopefully will be a year of good change! Hopefully a good project panning year for me! I enjoyed your stance and thought process on the ERC situation. Makeup4lossedtime did 2 videos regarding it and I really enjoyed them. I never purchased ERC simply because of price point but I don’t believe in Cancel Culture so I hope 2025 is a good turn around for them. I don’t want to see a once very successful brand fail.

4 years ago I had 15 foundations, so it is possible!!! I have faith in you!!
Your husband did wonderfully with the mooncat set! I’ve wanted to try that brand. I would be interested to know how it wears compared to Halo Taco and ILNP.
I will give an update once I'm able to try out some more colors! I am very excited to try them all! The first one I tried went on very nicely, I just didn't know what I was doing with the magnet. 🤦🏻♀️
I love the nail polishes. I don’t really know the details about the drama with Ensley Reign. I just bought there palettes over Black Friday. I already said I wouldn’t buy again because they’re expensive and in the 2 palettes I bought I have every color I need from them.
The brand's instagram interacted with some anti-trans/LGBTQ+ posts and accounts. Jen Luv did a video over the weekend showing screen shots of the posts if you are interested.
I took all my photos and did my numbers yesterday… lemme tell you I didn’t enjoy some of those numbers at all 😅 2025 hopefully will be a year of good change! Hopefully a good project panning year for me!
I enjoyed your stance and thought process on the ERC situation. Makeup4lossedtime did 2 videos regarding it and I really enjoyed them. I never purchased ERC simply because of price point but I don’t believe in Cancel Culture so I hope 2025 is a good turn around for them. I don’t want to see a once very successful brand fail.

I don't like cancel culture either because I think it closes the door on growth. I can see people saying "well, I'm already canceled, why change?" and I think that is not productive.

@ I’ve been keeping track of my inventory and everything since 2018.. definitely not my first rodeo! You just don’t REALLY know what you have until you lay it all out and count it 🫠 I thought I was doing pretty good but then my lipstick numbers doubled!!
