Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour on 15th August 2022 in the school ground to mark the 76th year of freedom from the British rule.
On this special occasion, the programme started with flag hoisting by the Chief Guest, Major Shivali Srivastava, Administrative Officer 0of 2 AP Girls Battalion NCC, Vizianagaram.
The special event of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav marked the musical rendition by the school choir that awakened everyone’s feelings towards the motherland. A spectacular March past Parade by the 4 Houses, Service units’ added zeal to the event with a An exuberant cultural extravaganza depicting the culture and heritage of Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Zones of India was indeed a colourful show of Unity in Diversity. The representation of National symbols by the tiny tots added glam to the programme. The buds of De Paul presented a variety of rhythmic moves and shakes plunging into the essence of spirit of Indian independence. The senior students swirled into the nationalistic spirit commemorating the occasion.
