Ships of the Great Lakes - Csl Laurentian

A new series of vlogs capturing the ships that I come across either in the Welland Canal or out on the Great Lakes.
This short video is about the CSL Laurentian as she makes her way up the Welland Canal.
Also, footage of a CN Train which was about 500 meters away froim the canal.

Something new i am trying. I use to be an avid aviation spotter and photographer. But i have not done that since moving down here. Next best thing is the ships, record them and learn about them.

While exploring Port Colborne at 4 am (waiting for the eclipse) we suddenly found ourselves at a bridge and were shocked to see a huge tanker (Federal Mosel) go by. Fascinating to see and not far from there was a park/playground right next to the canal where you can get an even closer look. Will be watching these vids for sure.

Follow the Welland River to the Canal on Google maps. Biggar Rd. The two line railroad is about 200 meters before the canal
