I think I remember the Malaysian version of Tiga's theme song is like the Thai except in the beginning

No. It's same as Japanese Theme with Japanese title but the kids chants is different cause it's Malay dub.
The Korean version sounds like Gaia
From what I can find, the Korean dub really wanted to use a dubbed version of the Tiga theme song, but couldn't due to licensing issues, so they used the one from Ultraman Gaia instead. Thanks for noting that, I noted it in the description

All asian countries (except South Korean has their own opening but it's Gaia theme) will have same Japanese Opening but dubbing different and some Asian countries just let the subtitles work only in Japanese Superhero show or Tokukatsu.
Mandarin is the best, original is second (I grew up with the mandarin one so it sounds the best)

The great openings of ultraman in varios languages.
I always found it very funny how in the Latin American version we can hear what is clearly a guide for the melody and yet the singers are completely out of tune.
I find it interesting that the singer for this opening is the same singer for the Dragon Ball GT Latin American opening and something similar happens there. Although he sings much better in the GT opening, he sings the backup vocals as the lead melody and the lead melody become the backup vocals in this version.
It's weird. That man hasn't done much more work outside of that, maybe two other shows. I'm not saying he's bad and that's why they didn't keep hiring him for singing for other shows, i'm just saying it's kinda unfortunate that the few things he did aren't very good :P

It seems that when they mixed the vocals they used the wrong instrumental track, you can hear trumpets and on the other songs the trumpets aren't there.

Ironically, The Cantonese version's live performances are more hype than V6's, especially the ones without the stock instrumental but rather the whole song performed live with instruments

Well, other than the original Japanese ver, everything else is pretty much screwed, especially the cantonese and mandarin ver. It almost feels like Tiga's fan in those region were deceived and deprived from listening to the original one, thinking the one they listened in their childhood were original instead of the Japanese ver. If their tv station couldn't broadcast "Take me higher" or simply planning to make a dub song of it, why not at least follow the original rhythm but instead created a completely out of tune song? This is horrible
