So if i posted in Jamshedpur plant can i stay in Jamshedpur plant for upto retirement . Because i don't want to go other unit's of tata steel. Is it possible??

Another way is if you arre doing Graduation in Tier 1 & 2 colleges Tata Steel comes for campus placement for Management Trainee post.

Mainai toh lateral entry kiya hai 2 year diploma after 12 toh hum elegible nhi hu
diploma + BTech lateral entry is eligible that's equivalent to 4 years of btech
