Uh, no, I don't think so.
Why would you wait until he's IN HIS CAR?
YOU want to grab him IN THE CLASSROOM, a small room with lots of other people within feet of you who could get hurt if the guy resists.
Why not grab him somewhere between the door of the school and his car? Fewer people nearby, therefore SAFER for the public.

Great discussion. I cannot believe that we at the point where instead of stopping children being sold off to who knows where, people are to busy trying to either blame someone of deflect the blame. Like Jesus people what about the children?
