That's because the back is shorter than the front by 1.5.

@@EmjaiApparelI know it’s shorter. I tried drafting mine but mine but the length between the half length and the blouse did not correspond with the front pattern. The arc by side wasn’t equal after closing the side dart

Before drafting make sure you measure your shoulder to waist for your front and back separately. After inserting that to your pattern paper then you measure you waist to hip this is same for front and back.
The difference between your shoulder to waist for the front n back should be your bust dart . When you close the bust dart the front and back will align.
