If you are using Sony A7iii, record your MP4 file on MICRO SD CARD. That file will open in the Coral Video Studio. My problem got solved when accidentally I ordered Micro SD Card and tried to record video on it. For better results, set the video on 50 Frames per Second at 25 Mbps.

I am able to import in my corel videostudio ultimate 2019 but audio is not detecting.
