I know every been asking where is the location but if you would be kind to help out a person who just relocated to Portland from out of state to tell me where the dock is. I have been to a few boat docks and marinas north of Portland which they didn't allow fishing on their place. I ran down to downtown to fish on a few docks there and the water was moving too much then I went to Hag Lake. All was done in a day with no luck.
