Halloween Pencil Toppers Tutorial and Tips

Here are some fun and easy pencil toppers for Halloween. Change the colors and the stamped images to make Christmas stocking stuffers or Valentines Day treats.
You can buy the 1inch by 8 inch cellophane bags at eBay.
The cardstock used is stampin up and recollections.
Any black ink pads can be used. I used Momento and Stampin up as well as Versafine for my clear stamps.
My halloween stamps are from Stampin Up, Inkadinkadoo and Oriental Trading Company
The double sided tape I use is called Magic Tape from Viva Las Vegas Stamps
