Yeah, the 5 tickets didn't exist until he arrived at the show - the whole thing about his friends backing out is Bobo believing he is a big shot trying to show off. Remember how Anthony's Ex Melinda was mentioned as being one of the friends that backed out? She was never going, but in bobo's (empty) head she backed out and had to be replaced. He was never promised any tickets but he thought he was a big shot so he got as many "friends" together as he could and showed up. Bobo is a self-centered idiot with delusions of grandeur and showed up at several of Norton's shows, and the bbboys talk about it on another date where Bobo showed up with a loud drunk woman friend of his mother. And he usually lies to his "friends" too, like when he was telling people he had tickets to a show that not only did not release tickets yet, but he was excluded from even attending the event because of the Bobo Rule! Hope that wall of text explains it, but the tl:dr version is basically Bobo is a liar.
I’m not shitting on him but I genuinely wonder what bobo’s life is like. I mean that I’m guessing he’s going to have to live with a parent or adult his whole life? Or is he enough functioning to live alone? Anyone knows what he’s up to these days?
I'm not defending his annoying self but there are non clinically retarded people still living at their parents in their late 20s and 30s so it wouldn't be outrageous for him to do so. And I've seen plenty a tard and downie out shopping at Walmart by themselves. For as annoying and dumb as he was on this show, he was pretty damn funny even without Sam giving him lines through his headset. He's probably functional enough to live "alone" in one of those halfway house type deals for mental people where they live with roommates and are constantly checked up on by social workers
Hey now, dare I say, in defense of Bobo, I brought a friend from LA who “loves to laugh” to a local comedians byob show in a makeshift studio in JP in Boston, and this idiot ruined my reputation as a well paying and consistent guest. My friend ruined it- was commenting out loud and like responding to each joke as if they were questions and all. I was blown away. I felt so bad I didn’t go back there for another two months after that. Some people just don’t get it. Bobo is an idiot, but some people out there are even more dumb.
