It seems cramming forces you to do the things that are more effective in learning like interleaving, retrieval practice, etc. People completely underestimate the amount of stuff they forget anyway, so if you actually want to learn something, you might as well cram for the exam and then do spaced repetition.
I feel like everyone has that one semester in med school where you do absolutely no study and then end up regretting it so much 😂 going into my fourth year now and i THINK i have my study schedule down ahah
poor soul, i can imagine the pressure you were under. Recently I failed my first ever essay in uni and thats how I found Justin Sung and you. The redo of the essay was coming up and I felt like I needed more time to make it great, but my sister convinced me to give it a shot, because expecting new chance after new chance is such an extravagance, I should do what is expected of me and try my best. So I wrote the essay and to be honest I wasn’t happy with it, but it went better than expected and I got the best grade. It felt so weird, I was happy but it felt undeserving - I think I could have done it so much better. But I will just work harder to write my other essays a lot better and I’m feeling pretty motivated
Thank you very much Archer , Your technique on prioritising information to find the most leverage has become the missing piece for my understanding of priming👍👍
I have a whole semester worth of studies(engineering)in a week and I m terrified cause I don t even know the names of chapters. I studied nothing during the semester. Wish me luck guys😭😭
@@koyakochuru8529 I passed the semester. I was litteraly on the verge of failing it . I barely passed it. Probably going back here in the finals of this new semester😭😭
Thank you so much bhaiya... I gave my exam today but I was very dissatisfied with the strategy I used to study for that cell biology exam!! And due to wrong strategy I wasn't able to cover the entire syllabus for test🙂...finally I got this video.. I hope this helps me coz I have another test in two days ... And I have very basic idea about that paper too.. Thanks again 😇
I have papers in a week's time This semester wasn't my best either but I'm going to prioritize this strategy to maintain my grades I really don't wana drop😭
Very different and serious video - I can feel it hehehehe. Great job, amazing video as usual - great use of techniques and principles. Also, I like the video picture unusual again but we love the updates ☺
Can you create a pdf in which you give a detailed explaination of every learning method for learning efficiently. (What i mean is everything you know abou learning)
As an International A Level student preparing for Oxbridge, the number of lessons at school was increased significantly recently with EPQ (Extended Project Qualification), MAT Training, and so on along with increased burden. However, I always complete my homework, tasks and revise knowledge as soon as possible during self-study lessons and my extra free time with my study plan and daily tasks list, so I do not need to cram at all to study and get A*. Thanks for your fruitful tips if I really need to cram under heavier pressure without free time.
You said ecg was your strong point how can you mind map this? Can you paste a pic from Google and write description about it? What about mind mapping a list of meds? How can you apply and analyze without memorizing meds?

You should cram at the beginning of the semester

Synctuition meditation helps with encoding
Awesome.

Did you do tutoring in high school? If you don't mind me asking
I got tutoring maybe twice in all of high school, just to clarify some quick questions about the specific criteria I didn't understand :)
can you make a new video about how to learn and understand new content
what atar do you need for med and law?
99 to be considered for an undergrad med entry (monash) and 98 for law (monash)
99.5 and 95th percentile for USYD
95th percentile for UCAT

Would you quit med school if you became as famous as ali abdaal?
Smarter to quit medicine than medical school. Quitting before you have finished degree isn’t ideal
@@themarathoncontinues4211 what’s the difference
@@truthteller2711 you can always become a doctor again after you have degree.
