my personal problem with kizuna always will be that fact that there is no actual reward for grinding it , getting s rank pretty much just requires everyone in your alliance does enought to get the skulls for the 6+ and box 7 is always atrocius like almost half that box is berry.
2000 kizuna tickets gets you 10 L lb potions, 10 gold support items, 2 guaranteed sup lvl up items and 2 of each the lowest exp rumble scrolls. you get more value from doing like 5 runs of coop .
Yeah dude. Just be a casual player. It never seems like anyone is happy when they go hard. It’s just a mobile game. Relax and enjoy life

My mentality with this game is just to collect the units. The only mode I play is Pirate Rumble/Grand Party. Ironically, I find myself enjoying the game more when I play casually and collect all the free stuff.

Totally agree. Unless there is a technical limitation, I totally don’t understand the logic of limiting the damage beyond 1T. They should limit the highest damage for 3 / 7 star, and release the DMG limit for 10 / 13 star to compensate more mechanism on those.
every day, every content, every single tap on a unit : the games makes me regret soooo much the time i went to vacations during the zoroji and roden banner, if you don't have that unit you are instantly disqualified once the super boss is lvl 10+, and guess what ? i pulled only on the first10th anni banner and got ace 4 times... HOPE THE NEXT CONTENTS WON'T BE AROUND RUNNING DOUBLE INT G5 HUH ?
Thats actually a big deal. Only whales can do this much dmg and caping it, might be bad for bandai if top 100 can restrain their spending habits. Get well chauzu.
This kizuna was bad for me. I'm the only one in my alliance that didn't get any of the anni legends (22-23 multis), and I don't have other key units like Zoro/Sanji either. I basically couldn't really contribute to my alliance's SB runs at all. Left me with no motivation to play at all, and I just did the bare minimum.
I don't like being carried, I want to contribute, but I don't see what I can do as a relatively f2p player in this current style of kizuna. My suggestion is that all runs on the normal bosses put SB tokens into a pool that the alliance can draw from to do SB runs. That way even if only one or two of the alliance pulled the new units, the rest of them can farm tokens for those few to kill the SBs. I'm sure they'd find some way to screw this up too, but it just seems like a better way to do kizuna imo.
Well I dont think it's fair to rely on a player to kill all the super bosses... (What I did this round too as I was lucky with the draws) i felt exhausted and not happy at some players getting so many free tickets from me killing all the superbosses (each defeat gives everyone free 100 tickets )
One way a f2p player can contribute is dying at 7* or 10* battles and request for help, if another alliance member help you, you get the points from them wining, they get half of the tickets plus boost stats x1.1 which grows the more time they help the same player. So yeah you dont need to contribute via killing but turning defeat to help request. i help so many friends outside my alliance but it's no goood, I'm giving other alliance points not my own alliance, it's better to help own alliance member for the alliance points and the game caps at highest 10 players you help (and I wouldnt help those ask late after establish top 10 helped)
@@liyenong2017 I agree to some extent. I don't want to put the burden of killing SBs solely on a few players. But my idea would, I think, reduce their grind because they wouldn't have to farm the SB tokens, just do the SB runs while the rest of us that can't do hundreds of billions of damage get the tokens. It's not a great solution, but until/unless Bandai revamp kizuna entirely I can't see how else non-whale alliances can do anything.
@@PoisonedWit hmm I might have misjudge your statement earlier and I think you're right, since in order to get SB tokens a player must play Kizuna be it 7* or 3*, sorry I think I might have let my frustration out after seeing 2 members of my alliance did nothing to help as in did not even try to participate they are at Lvl 180 and 200 they could at least defeat 3* but they are active everyday but contribute nothing lol
Yeah i agree better rewards, less to no annoying debuffs and No damage limiter. This Gamemode should BE how much damage can i do. The 3 Star strat IS New to me thanks for that

Kizuna is all about just getting the Crystal Skulls to evolve units. It's not a good place to test units, not a good place to farm, and not even a good place to compete against other players. It actually used to be fun a few years ago, but it's not anymore. In my opinion, while Super Boss was an interesting addition, they are managing it VERY poorly.
I still keep up with the game and community but the advent of Treasure Map, Kazuma, and TM/Kizuna exclusive legends is why I quit the game so many years ago. Shame, this game used to be a bastion of free to play friendly design (keep in mind I wasn't f2p) and now it's just constant spend to win fear of missing out. We need the old schedule of 1 or 2 new legends a month, not 3 new legends every week.

tickets expire, but not insignia. Might be worth using some insignia now though for some of the discounted 6+ skulls.
Hey as long as I can get the rewards including the skulls, I don’t care going hard on dealing damage. This time around I was able to do most damage I have ever done and I was really happy, but even then I will not burn myself out. I did not even used any potions and I was still able to get all the rewards.
It's crazy how kizuna for the 1% top players is completly diferent from kizuna to the other 99%, like i play this game everyday for 8 years, did every kizuna, S ranked most of them and I have literally no idea what you're even talking about or how it even is a problem.
I hope bandai does something to adress it tho, clearly kizuna is a gamemode that rewards pushing the game to it's absolute limits, but doing that seems to break it in a way that ends up making it not rewarding at all because of how bandai tries to put it back together, imo i still have tons of fun with kizuna, especially this one, hope whales are heard so you guys can have a better experience to.
Literally this. Kizuna has been the same for me for years. The hp increased but not that much with the new units. It's been the same. The same SHIT but the same afterall.

I agree with you. you just forgot to mention this game mode have a lot of modder/hackers, and bandai doesn't do shit, especially below the top 100
They are good with cheaters in top 100 but ye idk how much they care below that

So Chau, do you believe my theory now about them trying to "soft kill" the game? Japanese people are all about saving face so they can't just outright close a successful game like OPTC. That would look bad. BUT if they can piss off the whales and get you guys to go away then the game isn't making a ton of money anymore and they can close it for another game to be made. They can't allow the competition b/c they already have 2 OPTC gacha games. They have over the past few years since that loser from Dokkan's past (Yoshi or whatever his name was) took over the game development made choice after choice after choice that are just BAD design decisions. It can't be explained any other way than saying they are actively working on ways to "save face" while trying to drive players away from the game.
As far as Kizuna goes from a non-1% standpoint it's awful man.
They FORCE you to use the new unit of choice. If you don't have it or don't have enough friends to grind out a bunch of runs you're screwed.
There used to be really solid alternative teams, especially useful for just clearing assists.
They nerfed ticket gains b/c you whales hit 99,999 tickets and broke their system and the solution wasn't to add a single digit on the end of the counter. It was to nerf ticket gains community wide. That's an anti-player move.
I have a pretty solid box. All the anni units, almost all the units in the Trillion teams BUT since mine are largely lvl 1 Super Tandem / Rush / LT I'm doing like 1/4 of the damage you guys do. So for 99% of the gamers the game SCREWS us around lvl 30 of the Kizuna Super Boss. Literally too much health for us to realistically clear it anymore.
So as bad as you think it is for you whales, it's so much worse for the 99%. SO MUCH WORSE.
The game just doesn't feel fun anymore. I've been at it for 10 years dude. It just doesn't feel fun anymore BUT there isn't really a good alternative game to play!
They still put effort into the game so don’t see them killing it. What they’ve been doing with Kizuna for over 3 years is a mystery tho. Nice post
is it better to clear the 3* instead of the 10*? i reached lvl 110 in 10* but i gave up and i am the only one clearing on my alliance

@@Mr.Seiryu next super boss i will try 10* first for tickets then grind for 3* for ranking but hopefully find an alliance that is active done 154 runs in total 110 in 10* 50 runs in 7* and cleared 15 super boss but all effort was in vain because of my alliance those rewards vanished

The moment Yoshi became the producer of this game it became dull and not enjoyable anymore, the game is just heavily focused on pulling new units now. Contents are so tiring and fristrating now unlike before.
obviously you lose motivation to play if every event try to reach top 100, without mods its impossible to do it without losing the motivation to play, even cause you have to play without breath 24h a day for the entire event!
Happy to have to deal Superboss with trillions of HP + damage limiter after 1 trillions and have to do +40 runs with perfect teams for clear only 1 level meanwhile peoples can use 3* strats and have better ranking than teams who play superboss only.
And all of that for nothing, rewards are so ass.
Done with this game, not only this gamemode.
I think you're just tired. We just finished the anni and it was a lot of grinding. It's ok to rest. 😉
I don't really get why it is worse than before. On the contrary I feel this was the best kizuna ever because of the insignias.
