If some sensible person had advised this super achiever that sleeping for only 4 hours a day is suicidal, especially with a hectic work schedule and heavy exercise, then he would still be alive today.
extremely saddening... imbalance in lifestyle can be so devastating even though u have everything in life...may god rest his soul in peace..n give strength to his family to bear this loss.
I did not know him but I got a chain mail talking about him and link to this vid. He is such a jovial earnest man with a beautiful family. I am sad that it happened to him but this was a wake up call to me! He is right - eat well, workout and sleep a lot! I will remember his advice. Hope your soul and your family find peace in this extremely trying and difficult time. Peace.
3:00, he's saying its tough for him to maintain the balance and he could do a better job than what he's doing...the statement turned out to be true, unfortunately. RIP
6-7 would do just fine. 50 yo here. Also one could still be stressful despite those many hours. So it's a mix of sleep and stress. Limiting alcohol, nicotine and high-cal, high-chol foods also equally imp.
He died of a cardiac arrest after a workout session. When we do a high intensity workout like running our heart rate normally rises. I have seen mine go upto 160 bpm. Adrenaline is released. Now, if there is a preexisting heart disease then this may contribute towards a cardiac arrest. This is the reason why we must do a routine full body checkup every 4 to 6 months because we are not able to see what is the condition of our body internally even though externally we may look fit and fine. Two months ago I had a cardiac check up and the report was normal.

It is sad to see people in India dying at such an early age. The pressure of trying to live a 1st world life in a 3rd world country is not easy. Besides, Indians as a race are not as genetically fit as westerners. Thus stress is more harmful for the average Indian than it is to Westerners. India's young should slow down a bit and look into their roots of their culture.

will ecg be enough for cardiac cehckup or we need angiograph as also
It is not exercise that killed him but the fact that he only slept 4 hours every night after a hectic schedule.

Nothing wrong with genetics look at the colonial time wrestlers of India. Our lifestyle is poor and we in corporate world work too much.

This tipe life is like a sin .

what is the use ?? anyway you died young .. I don't think stress is the reason ..
Inadequate sleep and stress both may have contributed.
