No sorry. Because everythings the same as this video. Instead of using neighborhood to transfer all the files from the BO2 GSC loader you would just put them on a USB then plug it into the xbox. Then use xex menu or FSD file manager to copy them to the game directory. Its the same process. I just used neighborhood to speed things up a bit.
