After the sentence end, you can click Yes and No(Yes or No it's doesn't matter in that time) Then he will say some word and go out from your store. After that when you are at Upgrade Menu you will notice that you have to repair The Door Locker You have to repair on that night if you don't, some of your money will lose.
If you see him before closing time, he's warning you about a broken lock that you need to fix that night or else you will lose 10 percent of your money the next day. If you see him come at any other time with normal customers and he asks for a pizza, make sure to say no. If you say yes, he will pay you to make a pizza, but once you give it to him, he will take your money. Hope this helps
