What an absolutely atrocious “instructional” video. I’m trying to figure out how to tie my two curtains together, and the app is extremely hard to navigate. I came here and expected to be able to figure it out, but I’ve watched the video a dozen times now and still don’t know how to do it. If all you’re doing is showing the screen on the app you might want to mention which one of the many confusing options you’re picking to navigate to the screens needed. Also, maybe pick one language and stick with it? It’s unbelievable that this is what counts as an official tutorial these days. Great product, awful app, even worse video.
@@e.mc.1417 I eventually figured it out. The thing that you click on on the first screen in the video here is the setting gear at the top right corner. Most everything else is relatively easy to figure out. The problem I’m having now is that after turning on the linked curtains and applying a custom picture about 10-20 minutes later one of the linked curtains will shut off leaving only one still running. I can’t figure out how to make them both stay on for longer than 10 minutes before needing to turn the off and on again. Basically makes it pointless. This doesn’t appear to be a problem for most people though, so maybe you’ll get lucky. Good luck, it appears like you’ll need it because trying to figure this out is very difficult and extremely poorly documented/discussed online.
Ive gotten my first Govee product in 2021 and never gotten any other brand since then. This was the third govee product and my 4th just arrived, the neon RGBIC led strips
