    Ginawa ko po today ma'am. Medyo complicated po sya lalo kapag wala po oven heat thermometer. Tantsa tantsa lang po ako. Pero it comes out masarap po. At hindi overly sweet po. Gusto ko po kasi kapag di masyadong matamis.

    Since my family does not like a crunchy type of sansrival, I was wondering if the meringue really comes out soft like the one you showed.

      Don't freeze it, if you don't want crunchy.

      She used ground cashew on the merengue that’s why the cake is soft. Chopped cashew was used on top of the butter icing. 😊

      Ginawa ko po sya today ma'am, love it🥰 medyo complicated po sya sa akon dahil tantsa tantsa lang po ako sa temperature dahil Wala pa po ako available na oven heat temperature po. Pero ok Naman po Ang outcome. 🥰

    I would like to bake this tomorrow, may I verify the 2/3 cup sugar (equivalent to 133gm) for 9 egg whites as called out in your recipe is the correct amount? Hope to hear from u soon.

      Hi Gas oven ang gamit ko and heating element is nasa ilalim lang. Pwede naman sabay pero ang nangyayari hindi even ang luto so you have to rotate the pan. Kaya hindi ko sinasabay-sabay. Isang level lang lagi gamit ko.

      @@roderickalotaya6516 You can use all butter if you like. I just like the combination ng butter and margarine, hindi matigas ang frosting lalo na if you freeze the cake before serving.

      mas masarap kapag may margarine mas creamy sya and not too hard or namumuo gaya ng butter but you can just use butter if you like

      2 inches lang ang extra sa 6 inches kpag 8 ang ginamit mo. So if this can make 12 discs cguro you can make about 10 discs

      Hi. Thanks for being a follower. It could be mainit pa ang egg yolk-sugar syrup nung nilagay mo ang butter. It has to totally cool down before adding the butter or else matutunaw ang butter at magtutubig. Sugar syrup kelangan soft ball stage which I explained sa blog ko. Click mo ang recipe link na naka-attach for more tips and information. Kung meron ka thermometer mas maganda para makita mo na dapat ma-reach nya ang 240F. It could also be the brand ng butter. Ang gamit ko d2 sa California is Kirkland Sweet Cream Unsalted Butter. Margarine na ginamit ko is Country Crock.

      Baka kulang pa sa bake. Also dapat malamig na malamig na bago mo tanggalin and slowly lang ang pag-peel
