Hi Gas oven ang gamit ko and heating element is nasa ilalim lang. Pwede naman sabay pero ang nangyayari hindi even ang luto so you have to rotate the pan. Kaya hindi ko sinasabay-sabay. Isang level lang lagi gamit ko.

Hi. Thanks for being a follower. It could be mainit pa ang egg yolk-sugar syrup nung nilagay mo ang butter. It has to totally cool down before adding the butter or else matutunaw ang butter at magtutubig. Sugar syrup kelangan soft ball stage which I explained sa blog ko. Click mo ang recipe link na naka-attach for more tips and information. Kung meron ka thermometer mas maganda para makita mo na dapat ma-reach nya ang 240F. It could also be the brand ng butter. Ang gamit ko d2 sa California is Kirkland Sweet Cream Unsalted Butter. Margarine na ginamit ko is Country Crock.

She used ground cashew on the merengue that’s why the cake is soft. Chopped cashew was used on top of the butter icing. 😊

mas masarap kapag may margarine mas creamy sya and not too hard or namumuo gaya ng butter but you can just use butter if you like

Baka kulang pa sa bake. Also dapat malamig na malamig na bago mo tanggalin and slowly lang ang pag-peel
