Thumbs up! Have a question, Usama? Let's say that I have a product, and every day, several clients buy that product, but sometimes the product needs two buyers instead of just one. What's the best way to associate multiple times two different persons (owner and co-owner) with that product? My case is: I need to know when a product has two owners and who are both owners linked to that product. Can you guide me on this? is possible? Thank you.

Hey Jose! Thanks for reaching out. In this case, you can set up a "Product Purchases" custom object, with fields like Product Name, Product ID, and Amount. You’d then create two associations: Product Owner and Co-Owner. Each time a purchase happens, you can manually assign contacts to these roles.
Currently, this setup needs to be managed manually, but once GoHighLevel introduces workflow actions for custom objects, we’ll be able to automate it. My approach would be to trigger a workflow based on a product purchase (such as an Order Form Submission), automatically assigning the purchaser as the Owner. Then, we could send a form to that contact, asking if they’d like to add another person as a Co-Owner. Once we have those details, we can link both contacts to the same product in the custom object.
      Hope that helps!

It seems that we cannot re-use the object eg Car for other contacts. Mechanic shop with contacts (customers) and their car(s). A customer can have many cars, and each car can have many services. Trying to get this done, however with out one to many options trying to figure out if possible.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. We can link 1 car to multiple contacts using Associations. Although, connecting a car object with services object is not possible right now (this is an object to object relationship and should be in progress). This will unlock so much customization. Right now GHL only supports object associations with contacts only.

For a real estate agency, as a buyer's advocate, can you create custom objects like Properties and attach multiple contacts to it?
