Richard, I am speechless! What you’ve achieved with this new sample set is magnificent. It truly shows what Hauptwerk is capable of when a sampler takes the time and care to get it right. My congratulations to you. I’m planning on buying it once I upgrade the memory in my organ computer (I don’t have quite enough RAM for it right now). As to the recital, the playing was flawless and it was interesting to see how each artist used the instrument. Every player got different sounds out of it. Bravo to each of them and to you!

I am properly stunned by the quality of this... this is the definitive HW set I think... The playing also also exquisite! Congrats to Richard, Jerry and all the performers!
I loved Robert Quinney's impeccable performance of the Dupré B major. Thoroughly masterful performance IMO, especially the complex fugue theme on the pedals (03:24 and 06:00)! Update: I don't recall a better version. Atmospheric and spacious, and also crystal clear!!
The organ is a very exciting instrument, not only because it is a complex design, but also because it requires incredible coordination from the organist, in addition to incredible musical knowledge. Wonderful

Thats an impressive sample set Richard. How many hours did that take you to create that! The Redcliffe bells at the end was a nice touch. Think my favourite was Wane Marshal improvisation. I first heard him when he was a teenager, playing a recital at Rochdale Town Hall many moons ago. What hardware do i need to play Redcliffe? I have I7 laptop, 64GB ram, playing Stereo, not multi channel.

Hey, I just found a really interesting and well written and produced document about the organ by Paul Hale. Turns out the church floor had to be dug up to provide the organ with enough air to create the wonderful sound it produces today! An organ having a really good wind supply is an extremely important thing for me.
