Can you imagine what the other character would be thinking about Haehyun's outro? I mean, think about it...they're being glared down by this large old man, when he suddenly freezes in the middle of a dramatic pose, then slowly starts to split open down the middle....that would be some pretty nasty nightmare fuel if you didn't know Haehyun personally.
Given I didn't feel like paying for the DLC to get this character and read all these lines, this is really, REALLY interesting, just trying to sort out what it all means. There's a mystery to these lines and I do wonder if they'll ever properly explain in depth how tuning works, and how Haehyun sees the world. What do the strings mean, the soundboard, the 'heads'... At first, with Dizzy, I sorta assumed that by three heads she just meant the minds of her, Undine, and Necro were all in balance, but when she started talking about multiple heads with other characters, suddenly I want to know more about that gauge. I did have a laugh at which characters were simply off her chart and read out as completely different instruments, haha.
Ohhhhh okay some of these are making more sense now that I'm actually plugging string counts that aren't guitars into Google and it outputs specific instruments. Like, 13 strings is koto, 2 strings is erhu, 26 , 47, and 19 are all harps, ludicrously high string counts like Faust's could be piano. References to 'gut' probably mean violin. What that MEANS, though, is still a mystery. Weird abstract worldbuilding, I loves it and want to know mooorrrre
From what I gather, the model is that the DLC characters are free for a while when they're first released, and after that you need to pay for them. It's possible she'll be made 'free' again later, provided you grind up enough WD to purchase her from the Gallery, but the last time I played the PS3 version (before I melted my friend's PS3 in the summer heat) that wasn't an option... and even if it was, WD farming is *so tedious* if you don't play online that I'm not sure I'd do it again for a second character after getting Raven...
Heads effectively just means amps, i.e. sound outputs. You could connect your guitar to 2 amps at once if you know what you're doing. Sol being 80 gauge, 80 gauge strings are pretty much the thickest type of string you can use on a guitar and is used for low notes afaik.

The next vest thing: a girl flies out from the middle

@@redneckedcrake7059 What would a spiral mean then?
2:13 what does “ A gut...? That’s unexpected.” Mean ?
He is either very old or has some EXTREMELY eventful past.
What does the "tuning" mean?
