Next time you come through New Mexico, stop in Albuquerque and eat at Sadie’s Restaurant. You will like the authentic New Mexico food and their green and red chili. Make sure to take home some of their salsa.
Adam and Abbi so glad you chose my State of North Carolina to visit. Hopefully my fellow North Carolinian's welcomed you both. Please visit again when you guys are maybe on a long haul trip.
All three meals look delicious, the first chicken with veges is good and that is how we cook any wild game too. The second meal is a good idea to roll some filling with cheese and sauce on top and cook it through, good one!
@13:09 After watching the earlier part of the vid I was already hungry but when you started the PBJ it put me over the top! I've never grilled them (maybe works like a grilled cheese) but I'll look into that! For me Smucker's Blackberry Jam (seedless) and Jif (or other) crunchy peanut butter. And I just happen to have the makings on hand! 😁
I'm curious, Adam, how you do such a nice job cleaning your Cast Iron cookware so nicely with the limited water resources you have whilst camping. I love Cast Iron cooking but cleaning as well as you do has been difficult. Thank you!
I typically have my extra water hose setup near the back of the Kodiak with a small table and wash dishes there. For the cast iron I use the water hose and a scrub brush and that’s all. Occasionally I will use a small amount of dish soap if I feel it’s needs a better leaning. Sometimes we’ll wash them in the sink inside the Kodiak also. Hot water and a scrub brush.
If you would have been there 2 weeks earlier, you would not have gotten a single video of the creek with out my boy in it yelling Dad I found a crawfish Dad what kind of bug is this Dad look at the butterflies Dad Dad Dad 😁. We were in the last spot down from you that had direct water access. I think you are in the spot next to where we will be at for the 4th of July 2024
Man, I know you are a BBQ guy, but for the love of dog, get yourself a chefs knife for the veggies... Will make things easier, more fun and also safer. Keep on roasting!
Adam you should try modifying that cake and putting creamed corn in it to make a cornbread style camp cake to go with the enchiladas.
Loved it. My grandkids like it when they get a crawdads from the creek to hang on my ear like earrings.

What an awesome meal 💯 Ken NC 🎉🎉🎉
❤️
Check out Lee State Park in South Carolina
I bet some sliced fresh beet's would be awesome in that roasted chicken.
You need to try Sadie’s Salsa from here in Albuquerque, NM. It is a great salsa.
You ought to try pb&j french toast.
Greetings from Laurinburg nc

Have you done a cast iron seasoning video? I usually throw mine in a campfire to start over.

What is the name of the campground you stayed at? It looked as good as your food.

You guys are so cool down by the creek. What was the name of it?
Buck creek on NC 80 Marion NC .
Starrett doesn't make a meat thermometer?? Lol
They build tools that measures distance, not temp.
Marion is 45 minutes from me.
Random sexy music I would insert here would be Brown Chicken Brown cow.
