Are there even any African teams in the game? I mean I think Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs from South Africa are in rest of the world but other than that are there any more?

Little fun fact. William was ran out of Brasil by the fans of the team he was at. You don't come to Brasil to retire, the scrutiny and pressure is greater there than when you're in Europe playing at a higher level. Brasilian League is not for any players, William definitely could not handle that pressure and couldn't get back to Europe fast enough. Brasilian press makes the English press seem reasonable.
