Ok.... From my genetics classes, my professor & other articles state that inbreeding reduces the size of the gene pool, & overall immune system of further generations. Hopefully you introduce more healthier genes via a new non-blood-related fish in the next breeding.
In my experience inbreed guppy fish from 1 tank maybe 20fm 10male.. Bonsai guppy from 500 only 10 maybe ? Temperature change is number 1 killer. Other than that, nothing can kill them easily. Also from my experience Betta inbreeding, lot of bonsai Betta came. From 500. 50 bonsai..
May I know what camera and software you use to make the video? I think the hardest thing is that within three days after hatching, because there was a success but all died
dude you can inbreed domestic captive fish, especially when you're experimenting with different genetics and colors. It's honestly fine as long as you know what you're doing and have plans for the fry afterwards. I'm not sure why you're all up in arms over it.
@@Supatsu actually it’s not always fine it reduces the gene pool of the fish and can affect the health of further generations hence why a lot of specific morphs of different animals including fish have issues!
Put tank water into a clean bucket and squeeze the sponge. You could also do that in clean, dechlorinated water. Don’t do it in tap water since the chlorine will harm the bacteria.
Rinse it in a sink and squeeze the gunk out. Watch prime time aquatics video on it if you think the sink is a bad idea. Dudes got degrees in microbiology he kinda knows his stuff.

Inbreeding? Unethical. Shouldn't be in the hobby.
@@kellyrasdel9352 girl this aint affecting you lmao stay in your lane
And don't make comments to someone who has been In the hobby for 45+ years. So shut the hell up.

So the fishes became small and not as beautiful because of inbreeding?
I think that was the implication but I don't know for sure!!!
Inbreeding fish definitely isn’t a good thing..
you need to be stopped
