I'm guessing that a lot of people will use AFK methods to make the most out of that 2x Nightclub production speed. But for me, the highlight is definitely those unique liveries on the Kuruma, Previon and Vectre. Get them while you can...
At 1:05, I would like to add a note. If you purchase the test track vehicles this week, you permanently unlock the liveries. Before I purchased the Emperor Vectre on one of my accounts, I did check the previous Vectre that I did purchase with the exact same livery, and previously purchased Vectres with that livery do not apply to this event week. But on my primary account, I did have the Karuma with the Yogarishima livery glitched on that I did purchase from someone months back, and now that I have purchased the Karuma, the livery is now selectable. Hope this helps anyone out this week.
To me, 2x speed is better because you can make the most of your time, if you don't have a lot of free time. Also, it's better because the nightclub takes too long to fill.

I won the Declasse Walton L35. It handles well for a pickup, it fairly quick, but rolls over easily. $1,670,000 to purchase. I was curious to know what it would fetch for sale at LS Customs. Only $22,000. Seems a bit unbalanced. In any event, got me thinking that it'd be cool if we could sell our vehicles to other players. Also, how about a feature where a player can obtain a loan from Maze bank to purchase a business and repay the loan with the proceeds from the business operations. Its hard for a new player to make cash and everything is uber expensive.
When you win a car or get it for free, it has no value when selling. Otherwise people would sell the podium and prize ride vehicles every week to make millions. Edit: the 22k is from modifications applied to the vehicle. The car itself has no value.

It seems as though Rockstar got lazy with Discounts this week, only because, of course, putting so much effort into deciding what to give us as rewards including new Community Series jobs, whew, hard work to put in, especially when you got 1 guy who wakes up at the very last minute to implement these bonuses like a teenager in high school starting their 2,000 word essay the night before the deadline. I wonder if one day Rockstar will fall short enough to where there will be no discounts whatsoever, and you're going to result in saying "So for my vehicle discount choice of the week I'm gonna have to say, uh, umm, ouh.. mm. I'm about to use this update to maximize everything I own to which is probably maxed already 📜. I chose to play GTA as a grinder buying businesses instead of guns,cars ,etc til those businesses made the money to buy those things passive or aggressive. Now my income is passive 400k and up daily without effort or bloodshed 🍾💰🤓😌.

6/10? How exactly is this event week above average? It's about as underwhelming as you can get. The Tempesta has been on the podium before, there is no double money for businesses, the casino prize ride is meh, and the deals on cars is awful.
Why? Remember how gta 5 online was when it first came out there was hardly anything to do the first 3 years it was out. Business didn't get add till December 2016. Before that you had to play hours an hours every day for almost a week before you got a million dollars

nah theyre just limited liveries but i think some are based on irl liveries
