How to use anemometer instead of manometers
You can hold digital anemometer at the exit section, which will give you velocity at that section. You can use the value for further calculations of Reynolds number etc.Since pipe has constant cross section, velocity remains approximately constant.

Density of water is 1000 kg/m3
Density of Air = 1.101 kg/m3g= 9.81 m2/s
All properties are listed in the beginning of calculations, which are taken from data book at mean fluid temperature
