Bro I was in rajinder nagar preparing for upsc .. I have seen how students from bihar study.. they rent a very small room in say interiors of Mukherjee nagar or rajinder nagar.. in a room where max capacity is say for 3... there appx 5 to 6 aspirants allocate themselves and than they would subscribe a low budget library nearby and hustle day and night.. they might not seem to be posh but can work really hard in very low budget.. and are determined to the core !!
