(if it doesn't I'll probably just try to ship to a US store or something over there and then have it shipped to me from there instead cause I really want some of the stuff I see on shopee. I started to go shopping today and I already have almost 500 items in my cart)

How do the shipping discounts work?? Can u buy before 2.2 or it should be on 2.2 (this is just a example ik its already passed )
The shops usually offer free shipping after 199 pesos. If not, I use Shopee pay. 😊
