If the crowd went crazy because of Billy Joel, I see why Parliament - Funkadelic was omitted from the lineup; Bootsy alone would have brought the house down.

The Havana Jam was a Columbia Records venture, so they only brought Columbia artists. P-Funk were not in their roster.
A wonderful video, there are shooting stars in it, it's a good idea to get together all of them, I'm proud of you
