Im going to be there in late February, during the week, I hope to take some photos, so you recommend early morning and on the weekdays. Is it easy to walk to a place to take some pics?

The best spot for military is the GA parking lot at the end of Lagoon Dr. It is not convenient for anything other then a car. It is over 2 miles to the nearest bus stop. There are spots closer for Commercial stuff. Check out spotterguide.net for all the locations.

They fly quite often but there is no published schedule. The best advice I can give you is to avoid federal/state holidays and weekends. Good luck!
