I grew up reciting our scripture (memory work) as a family before each meal before the prayer. It was a wonderful thing to work on as a family and very uniting and those scriptures resonate in my heart
This is my first year home schooling my 7 yr old and it has been hard to start mornings as well. I too have 1 yr old twins and a 2 yr old. I'm praying I will be able to do more next year.

I love the idea of starting with the Doxology. We end each night with The Lord's Prayer and the Doxology. :)
