Yes, I think Casino's should have signs around stating button slappers will be asked to leave. Who hasn't sat down to play a machine only to find out the button is broken.

@adammtroutman no a button can cost anywhere from 200 to 500 bucks. Then the machine is unable to be played until a new button arrives. Button slappers should be charged for a broken button, or machine.

In a German Casino, I've seen two button slappers getting escorted out. They also got a 3 months ban in every of their Casinos ("Spielbanken Bayern" - there are at least 5 or 6 casinos in their chain)
They've been warned 3 times and then they got asked to leave. They had to cash out and go home...
I totally agree with you on the button slapping thing. I’ve been gambling sitting next to people who not only button slap, but were literally abusing the machine. When I told them, hitting the machine that hard will not change the outcome, the person got very belligerent with me. I reported that person to a slot attendant, and I saw security escort the man out

If my husband and I are on a machine with good numbers, we sometimes think that a button smasher or a smoker who blows smoke toward us is part of an advantage team trying to get us to move on. We just add more money and get excessively loud over every line hit 😂

Yes Casinos need to do something about button slappers. I have a cousin who does it. I try telling her what it does to the machines and how rude it is. She doesn’t care. She won ONCE doing it and now thinks that’s the only way to win!! Ugh! I no longer go to casino with her.

I don't like the fact that you need the dragon gongs to unlock the next level, but they don't give you anything other than unlocking a level, but they do count towards trigging the hold and spin.

Brian, I can't stand button slappers. It pisses me off when I sit down at a machine and the button is either cracked,jammed or broken. I will normally call an attendant over to see if they can fix the button. Sometimes they can. They have told me that if they catch people being rough with the machines, they can ban them from the casino.So, yes, I think they should ban them.

There is a casino in the middle of the sticks in Washington state that does have signs on the machines...I can't remember exactly what it says but bottom line is you'll be asked to leave if you are button slapping. They don't call it that though. I haven't been there in a while...maybe they use the word damage? It is the Red Wind Casino in Olympia.
I play there all the time. Never seen that before. I will have to pay attention and look for it, but they do not stop button slappers there.
I used to go to Red Wind to go dancing to my favorite cover band, "The Boinkers."
