Since my first son was born I've made working out amd fitness a big part of my life and my kids have just gravitated towards it by watching me doing it everyday and now at 7 and 5 they love it amd are both in karate/martial arts and kickboxing and jiu jitsu! They work out at home with me everyday and absolutely love it! It's truly a blessing!

We don't see this often, people are more concerned with how tight their yoga pants are in specific poses or who's the stronger arm wrestler. Keep nurturing girl. Also gorgeous barbell and bumper plates, also your core is epic.
Having my daughters is why I decided to start taking care of my body. I wanted them to grow up seeing a mom who took care of her body and loved how strong her body was, loved seeing all of the different things it can do.....not a mom who hated her own skin and sat around on the couch. I lost 105 pounds and they both love to workout with me and they mimic my moves with 1 & 2 lb weights. They also walk on the treadmill with me (when Im cooling down and going slow) and do all of my outdoor activities/play that I enjoy so much. My 6 year old can give me a run for my money on the days I do HIIT....that girl has stamina for days! 😅 They both are constantly asking when they will be old enough to go lift weights at the gym with me or when they will be strong enough to lift what I lift. It's the most precious thing. ❤
For me it’s amazing the need of that people to show to the world those really, really intimate moments of their lives. They have lost that authenticity, that reality and their lives have become an empty show.
it's pretty normal to film yourself while working out so you can check after the exercise if you did everything correctly and how to adjust your form. That's why there are so many mirrors in the gym ... Or send it to a personal trainer... Funny moments can happen during this time and this is what you are seeing here. Nothing more, no reason to hate except internal hate of yourself and massive projection and insecurity issues ...
