When to Braze & When to Solder

In this video Christan talks about the difference between soldering and brazing. Since instruments are made in stages, you can't solder parts together, then later on go and solder more parts to what you have already soldered. Since the temperatures used are the same, the original solder would melt and the instrument would fall apart. We use braze since the melting point is higher and allows us to go and solder components on after brazing.
