I ended up watching this before I went through with my reading of the book After finishing Prison of Plastic, this hits SIGNIFICANTLY harder I've never related to a character more honestly. Reading through the book and realizing how many similarities I share with Molly is pretty frightening. I won't share any spoilers for the sake of the folks in the comment section because I know it isn't accessible to everyone at the moment. But the way Jello writes a character with such detrimental empathy who feels as if the weight of the world is laying on her shoulders, it *hits*. Molly's such a tragic, lovable, incredibly realistic character. To me, this AMV actually depicts the tragedy of being an empath super well, too. To anyone out there struggling with that sort of thing such as myself, you're not alone and you're going to be okay ❤
Been rewatching it , and just noticed the neat detail which the photoshoped closing eyelids on the Molly doll as she goes to sleep . Its a nice touch . As is the whole , , sorta stopmotion? (not sure how exactly to call it) segment .
