Dimash has over 140 official fanclubs in over 100 countries around the world numbering in the millions. His next upcoming concert is on Sept 13th and 14th in Astana Kazakhstan. The Sept 13th concert sold out 30,000 tickets (Kazakhstan Dears and thousands of Dears from all over the world who will fly to Kazakhstan) in a little over 3 days so they decided to add the 14th as the second concert due to the large demand for tickets.
👉 Jackie Chan had invited Dimash and Terry Lin to his Jackie Chan Action Film Festival 2017.
Dimash sang the soundtrack for a film directed by Jackie Chan.
Terry Lin (*1966) is a Taiwanese singer. He has been nominated for the Golden Melody Awards 5 times for Best Mandarin Male Artist. He is known for his clear and elegant high voice. Dimash respectfully calls him papa Lin.
Dimash and Terry Lin met on 'Singer 2017' and he really likes 'Papa' Lin. Dimash invited him to sing at one of his concerts in Kazakhstan.

Dimash [Kazakhstan] composed this song as a teen, & had some of it translated into Chinese so Terry Lin could sing the duet. They met on the Singer in 2017, & became very good friends. Terry Lin is 28 years older, so Dimash calls him Lin Papa. Dimash speaks close to 4 languages, but sings in 17 now, I think.

Please, take a note that older japanese gentleman in the white shirt, sitting by Jackie Chan, is renowed singer Koji Tamaki whose song "Ikanaide" Dimash also performes. Mr Tamaki is also an outstanding singer himself. I suggest you to react to "Ikanaide" and compare both versions.
And a little trivia: Terry Lin participated on the same season of the "Singer" when Dimash first appeared in China. Terry won the first place and Dimash was second. There they become friends.
And, by the way, Dimash is a Kazahk and the most interesting is that Terry was born 1966.

I just read an article as well, I'm not gonna link sources or name names, but let's say someone who calls themselves a music industry reporter. A journalist who made music their focus. And they wrote an article in 2023 specifically about "singers with the highest vocal range in history" and all the names are just western celebs: Mariah Carey, Freddy Mercury, Prince, Beyonce, etc...
I'm like... dude... you lost all legitimacy. How can you take yourself seriously as a professional. In 2023?? Just quit now and go work at McDonald's or something - I mean it.
