      @@motivationhw I really like this idea! Its also a niche so i think it has a good potential to grow on social media! I would love to share it on my socials too! My only problem with nutrition is that i am allergic to 6pages of small letters or ingredients 😂 (based on bio resonance) so not a big deal😂😂😂

    I hear a lot that to build muscle and get a fit looking body you want to consume 30-40 grams of protein per meal. This sure seems like a lot compared to what your calculations are! I am guessing these people aren’t actually making use of all of the protein that they are consuming then if your body doesn’t actually need that much protein?

      There is a lot of research that eating 1-1.5x your body weight in grams of protein that this is the best for building muscle. However, it may not be necessary. Having a high protein diet is definitely my choice over carbs and fats.
