Mayor asking for ALL of the Records is a very unreasonable request. There are thousand upon thousands of records. The mayor needs to be specific on what it is that she wants. It would take a team of 4 about 2 weeks to make copies of every single record, and this is a very loose estimate. This Mayor is a manipulative C.
There was a woman who used to call the board of education's office and demand a copy of every information release in all languages available. This woman did not need them for anything specific. She said that she did this every-time to make sure "they are doing they job like they suppose to"
It's a set up request, so she can pretend that when "she tries to do her job" it's the city council /clerk who is uncooperative. She's a con artist. She speaks rapidly in an effort to confuse you.

When was the last time you heard a mayor ask for a copy of EVERY record in the clerk's office? Who does that? That's completely insane! If she tried to file a motion to get that paperwork, the judge would shut her down so quick it would make her head spin. What a mess!
