That's how I ended up here! My film printer died, but I'm wondering if theres a way to use my CO2 laser to make screens. I figured it will probably cut right through polyester mesh, but maybe something like insect door screen would work. I had no idea there even was stainless mesh for screen printing. But, hey, if you watch enough youtube videos eventually you'll stumble onto something cool! I've seen a few videos on the Xtool, it looks like a non-standard (too small) screen size, for my needs anyway.
I'd be curious to know your thoughts on lasering designs on wire mesh screens. Xtool just dropped a video last night. Would love your thoughts.
