hi i just got the circulation promoter pro....... and am wondering if i should have went to the doctor first to get the perscription or can i go now still and get it covered.....i have bad arthritis in my hands / knees / wrists / lower back and spine and my left shoulder.....i am diabetic and have some circulation issues in my legs........will this machine help me is my other question.....thx from Alberta Canada
