Bhai tmhara kata gya hai....just like us. Negi and group have no logistics for doing the pass. Same reason is given to us but all other groups passed easily.
Haha 🙌 the Kinnaur side road was closed brother for more than a month in September 🙌I live near Shimla only. There was no reason left to cross the pass and go to other side ✌️ + it was a cumulative decision of the group after watching the weather to left the summit halfway

Were you able to atleast get to the summit and than return?
I understand that there was no point of crossing it at that time.
