If you go to the top or bottom of the forest map it will have a star on it. You have to do a bonus challenge on the level to get 5000 rep in one run to get it in freeride
How are you able to do this kind of thing without falling? Usually, the landing doesn't matter, if you fall that far, you fall off of your bike (tried counter-pumping).
If you figured counter pumping out, the only things that further help are a smooth landing (landing on rear wheel can help if the surface is not steep enough) and the landing impact crew modifier.
