    It's common to get calls asking for treatment charges? It happens with almost every dental practice, isn't it? In this podcast I have shared how you can deal with such situation.

    Hello sir,what if patient visiting our clinic but not ready for check up,just wanted to know the charges?

      Ha Ha, Yes it happens. In this case you have two options:
      1. You can always tell the treatment range to patients, i.e lowest to highest charges for that particular treatment. And if he insists for exact charges you can ask for Oral Screening. This way, you will not directly deny the patient, he wont feel that he is rejected and at the same time you will not undervalue your own time.
      2. Second option is to consider that he is not your patient but a window shopper. Tell the price and let him/her go. It's not about patient but any consumer who is just cost oriented are difficult to please. Those who do not value your time, your opinion, your treatment approach or treatment quality then it makes no sense to waste your energy for them.
