- We're back!!! After a bit of a vacation and busy doing other things, but we're back our new barn and cooking one of our favourites, beef ribs!

Hello Mr. Ed! Great video and good instruction on your Jambo Pits Backyard Model smoker! With great help from a buddy we just towed one from Fort Worth to Alabama last week, and we will soon see how it performs. I am thinking good. Very very good.

Great video! Where's the best place to get the Smokin' Guns in the UK? Looks like expensive stuff in the one shop i've seen that sells it.
I get all my rubs and sauces from BBQ Gourmet in the UK. Although i just had a look and he's out of stock of the small jars right now. Angus and Oink looks like they have got some of the small jars in stock at the moment.

It’s the Costco heavy duty stuff Gavin. I’ve always thought they could patch up plane wings with the stuff it’s that thick.
