I have a long railing on the side of my business in NY, kids would come by so often, try skating it, I asked them to leave, some would, other would give me a hard time, it was really damaging the railing over time, so I spent the money to replace it, kids starting waxing it, and they wouldn’t stop coming by, so I finally had someone come and weld little metals squares along the railing every 2 feet, the railing is about 30 feet or so, they finally stopped coming by, haven’t had any skaters come by in a few years now, greatest thing I ever done :)
