I have a question about this topic related to mental diet. When I have a bad or old idea, do I realize that there is an idea that I don't like, let it pass and then say, "This is not true and did not happen in reality" and repeat the new story, is this true Is my method correct?

I've been doing sc work for two months now and i definitely see 3d switching in general, but why can't i see this with sp? That's what everyone was saying once you work on sc, suddenly they are all obsessed ABOUT you. So where is it??
When you're beliefs about your self change, it is easier for your beliefs about your SP to change, too. However if your beliefs about your SP never change, they will likely keep showing up just as they always have. Hope that makes sense.

Allow yourself time to heal and drop the focus on it. Bring yourself back into a feel good state by engaging in activities/hobbies/affirmations that uplift you. When you’re back to feeling good within yourself then start again.

These are all processes that will get you to marriage. Imaging engagement gets you to the end result of marriage, too.
