The building with the low ceilings can easily be raised to whatever height you need. They raise every steel beam with jacks and add the extra height you need.

Would love to see Motion get into an actual manufacturing style building. Buss duct, air evacuation and filtration building, cooling system and cooling towers.
We would love to also, we bought a piece of land to do just that but sleepy joe derailed that plan for a few years. This will serve us well for a while

I understand what you are saying and I voted for a better future for companies like yours. I know what it takes to step up to a facility with that level of infrastructure. Hopefully the land you are aiming for has 3,000A 480V of available capacity on the current line set. I look forward to seeing you grow. Hopefully you can share some of the construction side. If you ever need some insight I am Process Controls Engineer with a background in Electrical Project Management.

Fastest office chair on the planet.... for a bit.
I'm sure you're already aware of this but incase you're not. You have the skills and knowledge, to now bid for government contracts. You just need to go through the process of being qualified, which is super easy. I started in my garage with a metal rack and a welder. Moved into 3D printing. Now I have a building with 42 3D printers and 3 HAAS machines that never turn off. Bid on a contract and away you go, its super easy, and they virtually throw money at you. You could build 5 more buildings, fill them full of machines, and be slammed with government contracts. One positive is you know the money is good, because they just keep printing it 😂😂😂😂

The question is whether the stuff you’re bidding and producing is going to get called out by incoming administration as government waste. You may very soon have lots of machines and buildings for sale if your entire business model is based on getting more than FMV from our tax dollars.
