We ended up selling the game after a while, but I still think it was a good one! Also, when getting comments on these older videos, I have to go and look how horrible they where :P Glad we have gotten better! Thanks for watching :D
@@BoardGamingRamblings Well, certainly the addition of pixels, light and Sunniva have improved the channel, but the enthusiasm and in-depth reviews are a constant :)
I mostly play with my wife. After watching your explanation/review I don't think this will work well as a two player game. Too bad I already bought it in Essen! :D What's your opinion about the best player count for Noria?
Board Gaming Ramblings Sounds like a good thing to do. I just think that reviews are not totally objective. We can't expect everybody to like the same game the same amount. So knowing what a person's top 3 games are helps create context so we as the audience then know how to interpret what you think of the game.
You are totally right! It's impossible to say anything about anything while being completely objective. I do try to find good things in games I don't like, and I try to look at them from an objective stand, as well as my personal stand on the game. I feel like I get better every day, at seeing if a game is good, but not for me. Of course, I try to play and get the most of the games I think I will enjoy ;)
Board Gaming Ramblings But my point is that I don't watch your reviews for an objective view. I want to know what you think of the game, given what you like. Therefore, I need to know what you like. If you like the same stuff I like, then I can use your reviews for guiding my purchases. If your likes are not compatible with mine, then I can probably only watch your videos for entertainment. This is why Tom Vasel's reviews are kind of irrelevant to me.
Ah, I see what you mean, sorry for misunderstanding! I hope the reviews will let you kind of know what types of games I like, and that the top 50 in january will help you even more. My tastes are very diverse, liking everything from very light to pretty heavy. I like short games, long games, easy games, hard games. I mostly like games where I don't damage what other players are doing, so a lot of direct conflict is not my style, even thought there are exceptions to the rule. I am not huge on co-ops, but I love some of them (eg. Gloomhaven and Time Stories) I am kind of all over the place, but with a core in the medium and up euro games. Hope that gave you enough to stay with me until my top 50 :) Thank you so much for watching!
I'm very glad this game got a positive review, I really like the game :D

@@BoardGamingRamblings Well I imagine I would have sold it too if I played 100 games per year :D

Looks like you're the first English video review, so you're the one I'll be watching (for now)!
Haha. Cubes are the best politicians. Agreed.

The game is very attractive, but I haven't really been sold on how interesting it is... I guess I'm not really into stock games in general. Thanks
What's your top 3 games of all time?
My plan is to do a top 50 video series starting in January, so I guess it'll be a little bit of a spoiler to answer that one ;)
